Meet some of the key members of staff at Tritech.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer. He is a Fellow of "The Institution of Mechanical Engineers" and a Fellow of "The Institution of Engineering and Technology". He is also a Fellow of "The Society for Underwater Technology" and has an Honorary Doctorate in Technology from The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. Richard has had 30 years experience in the subsea industry, in the early days leading the sea change from manned diving systems to remotely operated vehicles. Today he displays the same commitment to the introduction of autonomous underwater vehicles. Prior to entering the subsea industry he was part of the Concorde Design Team in British Aerospace. He formed Aberdeen based Bennico Ltd in 1979 and Tritech International Ltd in 1986. |

Simon is the newly appointed Managing Director, bringing a fresh outlook to the company. Simon is extremely enthusiastic about creating and developing new business strategies for the company and ensuring long term prosperity. Simon has a degree in engineering, is a qualified accountant and holds an MBA. His extensive range of experience has given him a solid foundation and superior understanding of the complex industry Tritech works in. |

Dick was the co founder of Tritech in 1985. With an extremely admirable twenty eight years experience in the subsea industry and a B.Sc in Physics, he is the backbone to Tritech's success. Dick has technical responsibility for all Tritech's products. Being involved directly in both concept and design Dick is adept in having a strong understanding of Tritech's consumer and industry requirements and uses this to create new innovative concepts that will serve great purpose in the future of Tritech. |

Marcus Cardew has spent over 40 years working with marine technology. He was a navigator with the Cunard Steamship Company, Diver and Survey Manager with Vickers Oceanics, Operations Director then Technical Director of Sub Sea Surveys Ltd and Technical Director of Slingsby Engineering Ltd. In 1984 Marcus founded, and was Managing Director of, System Technologies prior to the acquisition and merger with Tritech International Limited in 2006. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation and an Associate Member of the Nautical Institute. Marcus, working with Tritech Ulverston's engineering team, is responsible for the creation of new sonar, navigation and survey sensor systems. |

Colin who has an MSc in Engineering Business Management has overall responsibility for Tritech Ulverston. This includes strategic development of the site and to deliver Tritech's overall remit to increase productivity and achieve its quality and production targets. Colin has over 30 years experience in manufacturing and operations management including several years in the motor industry with British Leyland, Rover Group, BMW and Rolls Royce. Prior to joining Tritech Colin worked for Radcom Technologies, within the Halma Group. |

Maurice has excelled at Tritech in the last five years and as a result has been promoted to his current position. He is accountable for generating sales, new product innovation, maintaining and expanding Tritech's dispersed network by supporting all our valued customers and communicating with Tritech's many partners. Prior to joining Tritech, Maurice was an Aircraft Ground Engineer in the Royal Air Force and continued the work ethic that tasks should be done correct the first time. With a wide range of experience in many different fields and an award in B.Sc in Mathematics and Computing Maurice brings diversification to the team and a particularly stimulating vision for Tritech's future in the subsea industry. |
SALES & MARKETING TEAM

Since graduating as a mature student from Robert Gordon University in 2000 with a B.Sc in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Malcolm has spent five years working in the subsea industry as an engineer before joining Tritech as a Sales and Marketing Executive. Malcolm draws from over twenty eight years experience gained from working both on and offshore in the Diving and Survey industries. His main area of responsibility is the development of Tritech's key accounts and is also responsible for Tritech's rental business. |

Paul has been a valued member of Tritech since 2002 and is now primarily responsible for the company's worldwide distributor network. From joining the company as a junior member of the Sales and Marketing team, Paul has progressed to his current role. Paul has a thorough knowledge of the complete range of Tritech products in each of our areas of technology and his excellent ability to manage relations has contributed considerably to the growth of Tritech's business on both a national and international level. He has a product design degree from The Robert Gordon University, and has successfully completed his MBA. |

Tamara is the most recent addition to the Tritech team. A graduate of the University of Alberta and currently undertaking her Graduate Law Degree through the University of London, Tamara brings a quality of commitment and discernment to her position. With over 6 years of technical sales experience, she has made the transition to Tritech as both a Sales Executive and the Business Development Manager for the StarFish Seabed Imaging System. Prior to working with Tritech she was a Sales Manager for an oil and gas service company in Canada and was responsible for both the development of new business and maintenance of existing business. |

Lisa joined the Tritech team in 2007 and is successfully bringing an exciting, creative edge to the company with her BA in Fine Art. With over six years marketing and communications experience Lisa promotes brand recognition on a variety of levels to ensure that Tritech's high quality products are known on both a national and international level. She ensures that a consistent image of quality and performance is reflected through her marketing campaigns and global communications. |

Chris joined Tritech in January 2001 as a Software & IT Systems Engineer following his graduation from Robert Gordon University with a B.Sc in Business Computing. After several years developing software for Tritech's range of acoustic and video systems, Chris' role became more focused on the development of Tritech's website and other digital marketing activities. He is responsible for all eMarketing activities which includes the ongoing development of the Tritech Group's websites and online presence, digital media marketing, and also supporting the needs of our distributor and technology partners. |
TECHNICAL & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Bill joined the Tritech team in March 2001. His title as New Projects and QA Manager involves scrupulously ensuring Tritech's high quality products are maintained to their utmost standard. Bill actively ensures that all departments comply with the ISO9001:2000 quality standards. Bill helped the company gain prestigious recognition in 2003 when the company was presented with the "Investors in People" award. With a highly commendable 24 years experience in designing, manufacturing and repairing subsea equipment and an HND award in electrical and electronic engineering, Bill is constantly raising standards. |

Ben joined the Tritech group in December 2006, taking on an engineering role, as a Customer Support Engineer. Since then he has extended his engineering responsibilities to include managing all customer training courses. Prior to joining Tritech, Ben has experience working as a project engineer in the communications sector. Ben graduated in 2006 from the Robert Gordon University with a Masters in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, giving him a sound platform to carry out his technical responsibilities at Tritech. |
