Tritech International Ltd is one of the most decorated oil-related companies in Scotland. The company is a past winner of the prestigious Queen's Award for Innovation. Past honours include the Royal Society of Edinburgh's Millennium Award, and our first Queen's Award, in 1994, for Export Achievement.
Tritech started trading in 1990 with the aim of producing the finest, most innovative range of subsea products available. Beginning life as a two man operation working from a converted house, Tritech is now an industry leader in the provision of sensors and tools for ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicles) and AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicles) markets with Tritech products represented and supported in many countries around the world.
Tritech joined Halma p.l.c., the leading safety, health and sensor technology group in 2006. Halma protects lives and improves quality of life for people worldwide through innovation in market leading products which make its customers safer, more competitive and more profitable.
As our name suggests, Tritech specialise in three main areas of underwater technology; Acoustic & Video Imaging Systems, Mechanical & Hydraulic Products and Motion Reference & Positioning Systems.
